Contact form

We have two types of forms with which to contact us on this site: a simpler one for questions and requests of various kinds, and a more extensive one to request a reservation. All forms are managed by the Formidable plug-in, which saves the messages in the site’s database (this is necessary in order to manage reservations more efficiently). To protect us from spam, we use Google’s reCAPTCHA service.

The required fields are:

Simple contact form: in this case we only ask for a name, email address or phone number. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of being able to communicate with you, and it will be saved in the database of this site and locally on our computers and will never be disclosed to third parties.

Contact form for bookings: In order to be able to manage the bookings, we ask for further data, i.e. the number of guests (adults and children) and the dates of arrival and departure. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of managing the reservation, and it will be saved in the database of this site and locally on our computers and will never be disclosed to third parties.

Cookies

WordPress, the software this website is built with, does not use any cookies that can track visitors, however, the site uses ReCaptcha by Google, to prevent contact form spam.

Analytics

This site does not analyse or record traffic. We do not use any analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics).

Who we share your data with

None of the data collected through this site is shared with third parties.

How long we store your data

If you send us a message or reservation request, we will retain the message and related metadata in electronic and paper form for up to 12 months.

What rights you have regarding your data

If you have sent us a message, you can request to receive an exported file from the site with the personal data we have about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data about you. This does not include data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
